Almond Bark Puffed Corn

Sharing is caring!

Ingredients:

1 package of Almond Bark

1 bag of Puffed Corn

Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions:

Melt the Almond Bark in the microwave, start with 30 seconds, stir, then in 15 second intervals until it’s a smooth consistency. Be careful and don’t over cook.

Pour the bag of Puffed Corn in a large mixing bowl, then pour the melted almond barley over it and stir. Gently toss it.  Lay out on wax paper to dry.  At this step you can add any number of various toppings (see list below).

Once it’s dry, break it apart and put in large bowl to serve! This is very sweet, and incredibly addicting. Enjoy!

Additional toppings/add-in ideas:

  • Sprinkles. Any color, or combination of colors, to make it more festive.
  • Mini M&Ms
  • Broken pretzel pieces
  • Drizzle melted chocolate, or any color of candy melts

I’ve been serving this as a snack at my kids’ birthday parties for the past few years and it’s ALWAYS a big hit. It’s also super simple, which is even better.

This also makes a great gift around the holidays. I really like giving food as a gift, especially for those hard to buy for people. This, chocolate covered pretzels, and homemade cookies are my favorite things to give to their daycare/school teachers.
