Grandma’s Apple Pie

Ingredients

  • 6 cups sliced Granny Smith Apples
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1/4 cup firm butter

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees
  • Prepare pastry. In a large bowl, mix together sugar, cinnamon, flour; add apples and coat.
  • Pour into prepared pie crust and dot with butter.
  • Cover it with top crust and slit top.
  • Bake 50-60 minutes
