- 6 cups sliced Granny Smith Apples
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1/4 cup firm butter
Heat oven to 400 degrees
Prepare pastry. In a large bowl, mix together sugar, cinnamon, flour; add apples and coat.
Pour into prepared pie crust and dot with butter.
Cover it with top crust and slit top.
Bake 50-60 minutes
